STUDIO SPACES
Available for rent are 500 and 1,000 sq ft spaces with spacious 12 ft ceilings. The 4 story building is a mix of industrial and modern with: hardwood floors, exposed wood beams and traditional plaster walls. Each space comes with windows lining the east facing wall that look into a park across the street, providing great natural light as well as views of the surrounding area.

All Spaces are equipped with heating and central air to keep the space comfortable all year round.

Each floor of the building has a shared common area. All common areas include a shared kitchen, a full bathroom, and an outside balcony/patio area with views of the Ben Franklin Bridge.
